Designed to be completed in less than an hour, the module uses interactive content, examples, branching scenarios, and a quiz to help learners apply accessibility principles in realistic situations.

Project Overview
The Five Components of Accessibility was designed as an application-focused learning experience that moves learners beyond simply recognizing accessibility requirements. Learners are presented with realistic situations and opportunities to make decisions, apply accessibility principles, and receive feedback. The design emphasizes active learning and practical application, helping learners build confidence in making accessibility decisions when developing digital learning materials.

Instructional designer responsible for designing and developing the eLearning experience, including the learning objectives, instructional content, digital assets, interactions, branching scenarios, and assessment activities.

eLearning developers and instructors who create, develop, or teach online courses and need a foundational understanding of accessibility.

Challenge
eLearning developers and instructors may not have extensive knowledge of digital accessibility, yet they need to address basic accessibility considerations before publishing an online course. The challenge was to create an approachable learning experience that introduced essential accessibility practices while helping learners recognize and make appropriate accessibility decisions in realistic situations.
